His passion for setting up new restaurant and bar concepts, initiated him to establish Benchmark Hospitality, where he effectively leads, a highly experienced, energetic and passionate team of hospitality professionals, with, various merited skill sets.
A 3-year Diploma Holder in Hotel Management, from IHM Ahmedabad, he has an experience, of over 16 years, in the hospitality industry.
He had worked at The Oberoi Hotels, Mumbai & The Taj Group, and been a part of numerous start-ups, in the F&B business. He is widely travelled, having previously worked, in senior positions, with International Cruise Ship Companies, like Disney Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
He is a passionate Beverage Specialist and an experienced F & B trainer, who specializes in concept designing, development and enhancement, business and operations set up, menu creation and menu engineering, bar display creations and development of cocktail and wine lists.
He also provides specialized training, for F & B Staff,
at all levels of operations, tailor made to individual organizational requirements. He also conducts wine,
beer and spirit seminars.
Together with his dedicated team of chefs &
other talented professionals, he helps in effectively
executing F&B projects, end to end.
